The "Longest Mile" Production Assistant

I am a customer care service specialist and I've been with Budget for over 6 years. I am a natural born problem solver and love going the extra mile to help a client with all their transportation needs. I guess that makes me a "wheeler dealer" because we have had some unusual requests, and we have been able to find a solution for all of them.

Can the wool be pulled over Ande's eyes?
She is a self-confessed knitaholic, who is about her woolies, pooches and plonk. Ande has two retired greyhounds as companions and is a big bold red wine aficionado.

Most memorable star sighting:
A very handsome Cuba Gooding Jr. was in our office, but it was not until he left to pick up his car that I realized who he was! I do have his autograph on the rental invoice. Does that count?
